Licensed Esthetician/lash artist located in Canyon Lake, CA My site requires a card on file and a deposit to book an appointment. If you schedule your next service with me at your appointment your deposit is due 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. (my booking site will automatically take out the deposit 3 days before your appointment with the card on file) (Please check your email/ text message for the reminder text) I do NOT and will NOT accept extra guests. I do not have a sitting area in my room. We both are unable to accommodate children as I am providing a service which can last up to 3 hours. This is a safety and liability hazard. Cash (exact change as I don’t have change) I do not except bills over $20, zelle and card on file are the only forms of payment I will accept day of appointment. If you have to use the card on file for service charge, there is a 3.5% card fee that will be applied to the total. Try paying via other ways to avoid the fee.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Please confirm your appointment three days before your scheduled appointment or your appointment will be up for grabs for anyone and cancelled.
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment (this includes last minute cancellations). If you no-show me you will be charged 100% of the service. You may reschedule and transfer your deposit once. After that each subsequent appointment , a new deposit is required.
If you are 10 minutes late you will be charged a $10 late fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit is forfeited. You will also be charged for the service that is scheduled. Your deposit will go towards what is owed. Thank you for your understanding.
